South Clayton Community Tennis Association, Inc. wants to spread our message in growing the game of tennis. We believe that a single action in a child's life can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. We know that through tennis, kids develop the ability to focus, think quickly and strategically, work with a partner, and work hard on their own. So by donating your time to tutor our players, outreach activities in the community, and contribute your part in growing the game of tennis the community can benefit from your action.
Who Our Volunteers Are
Our Volunteers are driven by a single goal; to do their part in growing the game of tennis and making the community a better place for all. They are anyone of any age, background, race, color, sex and ability, who have passed a Level 3 background Check . People like me and you.
What They Do
The South Clayton Community Tennis Association, Inc. is engaged in a range of impactful activities, driven by the dedication of its volunteers. These activities include:
Tutoring Tennis Players: Providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and understanding of the sport.
Free Tennis Clinics: Offering accessible tennis learning opportunities in various community locations and schools across Clayton County.
Mentoring Young Tennis Players: Establishing supportive relationships to foster personal and athletic growth.
Fundraising Efforts: Raising funds to support players with tournament-related expenses, including fees, travel, and accommodation.
These efforts collectively contribute to the growth of tennis in the community and align with the Association's mission to foster positive change through the sport.

We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.
